• Create additional non-menu pages such as a Find Us page incorporating a Map, or special feature pages about the Restaurant.
• There is a quick Search facility to help customers find dishes.
• Set up “Opening Times” when the Restaurant can accept online orders.
• Select options to allow orders for collection and/or delivery.
• Set the maximum delivery radius from your Restaurant.
• Decide whether to accept online payments by Credit / Debit cards.
• Set up discounts & surcharges, for example, offer a 5% “off peak discount” on Monday – Thursday before 7pm.
• View orders on screen in real time as they come in via the Website. Send acknowledgement to customers, and print kitchen orders.
• Print Despatch Notes, Invoices and VAT Receipts.
• Record payments.
• You can also enter orders taken over the counter or phone, allowing all your orders to be queued & processed through the same system.
• Print weekly / monthly financial summaries and VAT reports.
• You build up a database of customer accounts for possible future marketing or promotional use.
